We partner with growers that invest in people, education, and resilient communities.

Our Impact

We partner with growers who lead initiatives that improve lives within their communities. From supporting schools, healthcare, and clean water in India and China to advancing literacy, gender equity, and agricultural development in Egypt, these programs empower thousands of children, farmers, and families. Beyond supporting existing efforts, we actively collaborate with our partner gardens to pilot new programs, driving even greater, long-term change.

To date, our most impactful program has been at the Kazi and Kazi Tea Garden in Bangladesh, where we’ve spent the last 25 years transforming 3,000 acres of barren land into a thriving ecosystem.
